This newly remodeled home offers charm, convenience, and comfort. Located on 3.4 acres of picturesque Tucson desert there is plenty of space to relax by the heated pool surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, enjoy a meal outside on the back patio with seating for 10, or get some rest in the comfy beds or highly nap-able sectional couch in the TV room. We provide all you need for a relaxing and peaceful stay, no hassle, no fuss; just a fully appointed house like no other.

This 5 bedroom house is on one floor offering privacy and peace. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms while the other 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub. There are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin XL beds in the house. There is also a second living area and second kitchen in the mother-in-law suite.

Outside is a heated pool and tons of seating and lounging space. In one direction is an incredible view of the Catalina mountains and in the other is a breathtaking mural of a sunset in the desert mountains. The back patio features a gas grill and more comfy spots to relax along with dining table seating for up to 12 people!

  • Yes, the pool can be heated. Reach out before your arrival if you would like us to heat the pool.

  • There are 5 bedrooms in the house with 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, and 2 twin XL beds. If you need more places to sleep there is a very comfortable sectional couch in the living room and an air mattress available.

  • The beds are extra comfortable - we’ve gotten multiple compliments! We have a variety of types of mattresses because we know everybody likes something a little different when they sleep. The main bedroom has a Tempur Pedic and other mattresses include Sealy Beautyrest and Casper. 

  • There is an inflatable queen air mattresses and linens for it if needed. The air mattress fits well in the mother-in-law suite living area. The living room couch is also very sleep-able.

  • The house has 4 full bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms have tubs, while the other two have stall showers.

  • We love to cook and we make sure you have what you need to cook as well. You’ll find a blender, quality pots and pans, complete spice rack, enough high quality flatware and glasses for everyone in your group, toaster, microwave, slow cooker, and much more. And there’s also the complete second kitchen with another microwave, stove, and refrigerator.

  • Check-in is at noon. Let us know if you need any earlier arrival and we can see if one is possible.

  • 95% refund up to 14 days before arrival.

  • We make checkout super easy, starting with a checkout time of noon. We appreciate you caring for the house, but all we ask is that you put used towels on the floor and ring the doorbell on your way out. Simple!

  • We take great pride in the property and the cleaning is no exception. We ensure the cleaning meets our very high standards. We leave at least 24 hours between bookings so the house can be fully and completely cleaned between guests. All that, and we don’t charge a cleaning fee!

  • Yes! We do have a small pet fee we collect for the extra cleaning needed.

  • Absolutely! Danielle and Richard are available via email, call, or text. We are also only about 15 minutes away if needed.
