Need to get some work done? We provide high speed internet throughout the house and a dedicated workspace with a 27 inch monitor to help make sure you’re able to be productive.

    Mountain views, pool side loungers, and the outdoor grill. This is the life! By the grill there is a table and seating for six under a huge 12 foot wide adjustable umbrella. It's awesome!

    Located on the first floor, this is the primary bedroom with a Tempur-Pedic brand king size bed and a sliding door to the backyard. As with all of the bedrooms, you’ll find an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a massive closet, and spacious shower.

    Located on the first floor, bedroom 2 features a unique and sturdy queen over queen bunk bed with storage stairs. Like every other bedroom in the house, a private bathroom is attached.

    Located on the first floor, bedroom 3 features a pop of color and a Purple brand queen size mattress. Like every other bedroom in the house, a private bathroom is attached.

    Located on the second floor, bedroom 5 offers life changing sunset views. This isn't your ordinary bunk bed - a twin XL on top, a queen below, and a twin XL trundle bed under that! Storage for days with a big closet. Like every other bedroom in the house, a private bathroom is attached.

    First Floor Common Areas

    On the first floor you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, office, and half bathroom. The living room includes a 65 inch 4K smart TV, surround sound system, and a very comfortable sectional couch. The dining room has a stunning glass top table with seating for 8 and a bar that seats 4. The office has a 27 inch monitor to hook up to and perfectly fits one of our queen sized air mattresses.

  • Upstairs family room with a leather couch, leather chair, 55 inch smart TV, access to balcony, mountain and city views

    Second Floor Common Areas

    We love playing games, and we have a bunch you can use in the second floor family room. Nothing beats playing games with a view like that in the background. The balcony is one of the best places to be for the sunsets or to enjoy the twinkling city lights at night. You’ll also find a 55 inch 4K smart TV in the family room.

  • Yes, the pool can be heated. Reach out before your arrival if you would like us to heat the pool.

  • There are 5 bedrooms in the house with 3 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor. On the first floor is a king bedroom, a queen over queen bunkbed room, and a queen bedroom. On the second floor is a queen bedroom and a twin XL over queen bunkbed with a pullout twin XL trundle bed. If you need more places to sleep there are two very comfortable queen inflatable mattresses.

  • The beds are extra comfortable - we’ve gotten multiple compliments! We have a variety of types of mattresses because we know everybody likes something a little different when they sleep. The main bedroom has a Tempur Pedic and other mattresses include Sealy, Beautyrest, and a Purple Premier. 

  • There are two inflatable queen air mattresses and linens for them if needed. The office can fit one air mattress while the family room upstairs can also handle one. The couches are also very sleep-able.

  • The house has 5 full bathrooms and a powder room (half bath) off the kitchen. Did we mention that every bedroom has its own private bathroom?!?

  • We love to cook and we make sure you have what you need to cook as well. You’ll find a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, Vitamix blender, quality pots and pans, complete spice rack, enough high quality flatware and glasses for everyone in your group, Breville toaster oven, microwave, slow cooker, and much more.

  • Check-in is at noon. Let us know if you need an earlier arrival and we can see if one is possible.

  • 95% refund up to 14 days before arrival.

  • We make checkout super easy, starting with a checkout time of noon. We appreciate you caring for the house, but all we ask is that you put used towels on the floor and ring the doorbell on your way out. Simple!

  • We take great pride in the property and the cleaning is no exception. We ensure the cleaning meets our very high standards. We leave at least 24 hours between bookings so the house can be fully and completely cleaned between guests. All that, and we don’t charge a cleaning fee!

  • Yes! We do have a small pet fee we collect for the extra cleaning needed.

  • Absolutely! Danielle and Richard are available via email, call, or text. We are also only about 15 minutes away if needed.
