    Community Pool

    One of two pools in the community. There are lots of loungers and tables with umbrellas surrounding the heated pool. You will also find hot tubs in both pool areas. There are also two club houses that can be rented out. The fitness center is by this pool while the tennis courts are by the other pool.

    Everything you need to make delicious meals is here. From dishes and pans to a coffee maker and toaster, it’s all here! There is an electric stove/oven, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, microwave, and dishwasher.

    Bedroom 1 - King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom

    This is the primary bedroom with an exceptionally comfortable king size bed and access to the balcony. You’ll find an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. There is a TV in the bedroom as well.

    Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed

    Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed and desk and chair for getting some work done. The real star of this room is the spectacular view out the windows. The blackout curtains actually open from the top and bottom so you can get privacy and still enjoy the view.

    Living Area

    Find comfort and snuggle up for a night in. The living room includes a 65 inch 4K smart TV, two La-Z-Boy loungers, and a very comfortable couch. Access the patio from the living area or enjoy the incredible view of the mountains and city lights at night.

    While there is space to eat at the kitchen bar, there’s also a table with seating for four in the dining area.

  • Yes, the pool closest to the condo is heated. There are also two hot tubs in the community you can use.

  • There are 2 bedrooms in the condo with a king size in the primary bedroom and a queen size in the second bedroom. If you need more places to sleep there is a very comfortable queen inflatable mattresses for you.

  • The beds are extra comfortable - we’ve gotten multiple compliments!

  • There is an inflatable queen air mattress and linens available. The couch is also very sleep-able.

  • There are two bathrooms in the condo. One has a tub while the primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a stall shower.

  • We love to cook and we make sure you have what you need to cook as well. You’ll find a blender, quality pots and pans, complete spice rack, enough high quality flatware and glasses for everyone in your group, a toaster oven, microwave, and much more.

  • Check-in is at 4pm. Let us know if you need an earlier arrival and we can see if one is possible.

  • 95% refund up to 14 days before arrival.

  • We make checkout super easy, starting with a checkout time of 11am. We appreciate you caring for the house, but all we ask is that you put used towels on the floor and ring the doorbell on your way out. Simple!

  • We take great pride in the property and the cleaning is no exception. We ensure the cleaning meets our very high standards. And we don’t charge a cleaning fee!

  • Yes! We do have a small pet fee we collect for the extra cleaning needed.

  • Absolutely! Danielle and Richard are available via email, call, or text. We are also only about 35 minutes away if needed.
